Introducing the newst member of QG: Kaelin Wilson

Introducing our newest team member
Kaelin Wilson!

She just completed her first week for the
New York Product & Marketing team and is settling into her new position just fine. Kaelin was initially inspired to work at Quest Groups by Jen Burns. Her first day she experienced the high energy, fun, yet competitive atmosphere our team brings to the table each and everyday. Kaelin was asked how she felt about her first day and her overall first week, and she informed us it was "awesome!" On her first day we had guest speakers from The Shoe That Grows, and Kaelin states that "This on my first day just further inspired me. Quest Groups is working to make an impact on the world, big and small. Love it. " At only 28 years old this motivated, competitive, optimistic goal seeker without a doubt shows, she has the 'know how' to keep up with the QG team.
Kaelin, the team wants to let you know that you have so much future ahead of you and we can not wait to be apart of it. The success of your new career starts now and will only grow from here on out. We wish you the best of luck and are so excited to welcome you as a valued team member!

Five years with the QG squad, its time to celebrate TODD!

Five years with the QG squad, its time to celebrate
TODD
A short time ago, Todd set out on a quest looking for a marvelous contingency for his career.  This was when he met Joe and was offered an opportunity to work at Quest Groups. As Todd so competently puts it, "The opportunity to work at QG was a no brainier, and the best career choice I have ever made." Todd is our Sales and Business Development recruiting manager for the San Francisco area. He has been a prodigious gain for our team, totaling about 90 placements already in his career. When asked what he loves most about working at QG, he states, "There are so many things!  I love the people I work with.  I love the companies and hiring managers that we work with that are all disrupting their spaces.  I get to speak with incredibly smart people every day, it’s never boring! I love the lifestyle that QG has managed to give my family."
The team cant thank you enough for all your hard work and time you have put into our company. We all appreciate everything you do and cant wait to see what the future has in store for you.  Happy 5 years to you Todd!

The Shoe that Grows

The QG team had the pleasure to meet with Kenton Lee the founder of The Shoe That Grows. The Shoe That Grows is an organization that was shaped around compassion that started back in 2009 in Nampa, Idaho. It all happened when Kenton decided to go to Kenya back in 2007 where he noticed a little girl with shoes to small for her feet. He explained that children in third world countries will keep the same pair of shoes as long as they can. When these children grow out of the shoe, instead of getting a new pair, they will simply just cut the sole at the top and let their toes hang out. They do this because more than most cant afford a new pair. So Kenton had to ask himself “Wouldn’t it be great if there was a shoe that could adjust and expand – so that kids always had a pair of shoes that fit?” This was when 'The Shoe that Grows' came to life. They created a shoe for these inadequate conditions that will last each child 5 different sizes for 5 years of useful wear. The QG team was left inspired and in high spirits to help so we will be helping Kenton with what he likes to call a "Packing Party". These packing parties is where we will pull apart all the shoes from the manufacturer and put them in individual duffle
bags so they can easily be handed out. If you or anyone that you know is interested in helping out with this incredible organization then stay tuned for the date of the next packing party as well as check out the website at https://theshoethatgrows.org/index.html. Here at QG its important that we help out others in need so we will be informing you our journey with Kenton to spread awareness of this awesome organization.
