Management Going Around the World

Recently our Silicon Valley Product and Marketing team manager, Audrey Panzeri, got the opportunity to go to Peru. She earned this trip through Quest Groups from all of her hard work and dedication. We are honored to give her this amazing opportunity to explore the world. While in Peru, Audrey was able to do an Inca Trek to Machu Picchu. When she came back from her trip she mentioned that their guide for the trek to Machu Picchu kept saying it is your attitude that determines your altitude. She said it reminded her of Quest Groups and one of our mottos, “attitude of gratitude.” It is great to see that no matter where you go in life our integrity here at Quest Groups stays with you. We hope you had fun in Peru Audrey. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you win another trip this year!

Quest Groups and Success

Last night was the award ceremony for the most successful 40 people under the age of 40 here in Idaho. Quest Groups is proud to announce that our own Jennifer Burns received this award. It is amazing the heights a person can go to when given the opportunity to achieve endless success. She is the first person at Quest Groups to have a million-dollar desk in 2014 and if that was not enough she repeated the million-dollar desk again in 2015. She has been with Quest Groups for 5 1/2 years, watching as our recruiting firm grew from 12 people up to the 45 we have today. In that time Jennifer has become a partner in our firm and currently is the manager of the Silicon Valley Technical Team. She is one of the most successful people in Idaho and we are honored to have given her this great opportunity and have her as part of the Quest Groups team! Congratulations and great job Jennifer.

The Goddess of Victory and Quest Groups

One of the Quest Groups Partners, Jen Burns, recently took a trip to France that she earned through making so many outstanding placements last year. While in France she picked up this statue for our founder and CEO, Joe Kosakowski, the Winged Victory of Samothrace. It was created in honor of Nike, the goddess of victory. The statue was found in a sanctuary, in a harbor on the island of Samothrace, placed on the prow of a stone ship. It was found in 1863 and is believed to be honoring a naval victory.
This statue replica, brought back to Quest Groups, represents the victory we go through every day here in our recruiting firm. It is the symbol of the effort and dedication we put into our office to come out on top. This is a great inspiration for our office and the symbolism of this statue motivates us to be the best!

Who is playing a role in our local community?

Friday, June 3, 2016, Quest Groups stepped up in our local community to help refugees that have relocated to our city. We teamed up with Global Talent Idaho to put our recruiting skills to use, by helping those in need. The refugees, from all over the world, came to our office to learn about getting a job, here in the United States. It was a very humbling experience for everyone in the Quest Groups office. The training we provided was about interviewing with companies and people in our area.  It was great to give back to the community and being able to share the knowledge we have in the industries to help them get out into the job market here in the U.S. We are looking forward to giving back to our community again here in the near future.

Look Who’s Supporting the Cause!

Red Nose Day was yesterday, May 26th 2016. We bought our red noses about 2 weeks ago. When the Red Nose special started, the money raised from selling red noses was around three million dollars! By the end of the evening they had raised over 30.7 million dollars to help keep children out of poverty, the money going to multiple non-profits internationally.                         Some of the videos they showed last night were very moving. I wanted to put some of the links to the videos on this blog, but I think they would be too graphic for some of our readers. On another note I am so excited Quest Groups  www.questgroups.com got the opportunity to be a part of this great cause and we were able to give to help children in need. This is a great cause. If you have not supported it before you should look into it. They are still collecting donations today.
