Happy Wednesday to our followers. February has been an excellent month for Quest Groups. QG has worked hard to place 48 candidates with their optimal companies in New York, Texas and the Bay Area. Over half of the placements came in the engineering and technology industry. With technology ever changing, the industry growth has been amazing in the last decade and will continue to increase in demand. The Silicon Valley Technical Team has placed 12 of the 48 candidates. The Silicon Valley Product and Marketing team placed 9 of the 48 candidates. It looks like Silicon Valley is the hottest location this month for job placement and employment demand. We are excited for the new challenges and opportunities that lay ahead in the new year.

Congratulations to Red Guerri on her promotion to Recruiting Manager of the East Coast Product and Marketing team. Red has been with Quest Groups LLC for the last 3 years. In that time Red has become one of the top producers for the firm, joining the “over 1 million dollar producing club”, earning herself trips around the world. She has received multiple awards, broken company records as well as personal goals. In the last three years Red helped to place over 110 engineers in top startups and companies in the Bay Area.

With all of her experience and the demand increase in the New York area we have decided to bring her ambition and her negotiation skills to the East Coast. Now Red is structuring the team to meet the market demand of our companies and candidates in the New York area. We are very excited to introduce Red Guerri as the Recruiting Manager of the East Coast Product and Marketing team, congratulations again Red!
